Infinity Fitness offers 40 classes per week with a huge range suited for all ages and abilities. Classes range from Low Impact Aerobics to Hardcore Bootcamps. Our instructors are friendly and approachable and will always make you feel at ease during classes.

Fun exercise class performed on mini trampolines. Full body cardio workout
that is low impact on the joints.
SPIN & TONE
This class will get your heart rate up with Spin, followed by toning up those muscles with weights.
PUMP IT UP
Total body workout involving step aerobics, and toning exercises using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
TOP TO TOE TONING
This class will give your body a top-to-toe workout using weights and resistance bands, designed to condition, tone and sculpt your whole body.
This class will give you a total body workout! We will start off with 15 minutes cardio getting you burning calories and working up a sweat, we will then move on to 15 minutes strength training, followed by a 15 minute abs blast.
STEP & TONE
This class will give you a full-body cardio and muscle toning workout. Enjoy a fun, easy to follow step routine that will get you working up a sweat with an extra touch of toning for those stubborn areas.
