I love helping people reach their goals and seeing their confidence grow  both physically and mentally.

My amazing mam and business partner is my inspiration for becoming a fitness instructor. Seeing her motivate and inspire so many people to be the best version of themselves and the joy that her job has brought her made me want nothing more than to follow in her foot steps.

I became a fitness instructor because I felt I could make a difference to peoples lives. After being made redundant in 2017 we decided to open Infinity Fitness. It has always been a dream of mine since becoming a fitness instructor to open my own gym and in 2018 my dream came true. It has been an amazing journey to see what we have achieved over the last few years and seeing our little gym community grow.
